Welcome to our website ‘MahaLabharthi’, dddlaunched by Chief Minister Office, Government of Maharashtra (“CMO, GoM”) and conceived, designed, developed & powered by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (“MKCL”). If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use together with our privacy policy stated herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions and/or the privacy policy, please do not use the MahaLabharthi website. The terms ‘us’/‘we’ refers to the CMO, GoM, the owner of the website ‘MahaLabharthi’. The term ‘you’/’your’/’user’ refers to the user of the ‘MahaLabharthi’ website. The use of the ‘MahaLabharthi’ website (hereinafter referred as “the website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred as “T & C“) of use:

  1. By submitting your application and using this website, you agree to comply with all the T & C set out herein. You also understand that we may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reasons we feel appropriate.
  2. MahaLabharthi may, in its sole discretion, change or modify these T & C at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Users upon posting of the modified T & C. The user is responsible to read the T & C from time to time.

  5. To use MahaLabharthi, you will have to register and obtain an account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, User Name, and password (collectively, your "Account") and for all activities associated with or occurring under your Account. You represent and warrant that your Account information will be accurate at all times.
  6. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account and any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit/logout from your Account at the end of each use of the MahaLabharthi website.   12. The information regarding welfare schemes, Benefits, subsidies and entitlements published on MahaLabharthi website are reproduction of the same as are notified by Government (including the State and/or the Central Government) from time to time and available in public domain.
  13. We have only attempted to compile the available Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements to Citizens of Maharashtra in a Mass-personalized Manner on one single website for Users to easily access and be informed about the same. Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
  14. The Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements published on MahaLabharthi are subject to change by amendment, alteration, modification or withdrawal by the concerned Government. Accordingly, we may update the relevant information as and when required on the basis of such changes by the Government.
  15. The results generated on MahaLabharthi regarding the applicable Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements for the User is based on the information provided by the User and we shall not be responsible and do not in any way claim and/or guarantee the accuracy and trueness of the same and we are not responsible for facilitating and/or making available any benefits under such scheme/s to the User.
  16. Any Form / application for availing such Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies and Entitlements can be obtained by the User from the respective Department or their websites.
  17. You should carefully read our full Privacy Policy before deciding to become a User as it is hereby incorporated into these T & C, and governs our treatment of any information, including personal information submitted to us. Please note that certain information, statements, data, and content (such as photographs) which you may submit on MahaLabharthi website, or are likely to may reveal your gender, ethnic origin, nationality, age, and/or other personal information about you. You acknowledge and agree that your submission of any information, statements, data, and content to us is voluntary on your part. In case you link Aadhar No. and/or PAN with the MahaLabharthi website, we will take secured measures to protect the same and will not display it on website or to general public.
  18. MahaLabharthi website may include links to third party web sites or applications ("Third Party Sites"). You are responsible for evaluating whether you want to access or use a Third Party Site. You should review any applicable terms and/or privacy policy of a Third Party Site before using it or sharing any information with it, because you may give the operator permission to use your information in ways we would not. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from Third Party Sites. We also do not screen, audit, or endorse Third Party Sites. Accordingly, if you decide to access Third Party Sites or use Applications, you do so at your own risk.
  19. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your registration and any other information you provide if required to do so by law.

We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages or loss of use, profit, revenue or data to you or any third person arising from your use of the MahaLabharthi Website, any platform applications or any of the content or other materials, accessed through or downloaded from MahaLabharthi website.
  21. We periodically schedule system downtime for the Services for maintenance and other purposes. Additionally, unplanned system outages may occur. You agree that we have no responsibility and we are not liable for:

MahaLabharthi is a comprehensive website for informing Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements to Citizens of Maharashtra in a Mass-personalized Manner. MahaLabharthi is designed, developed and powered by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (“MKCL”) as Knowledge Partner and Solution Architect.

Your access to and use of MahaLabharthi is subject exclusively to this Privacy Policy. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using MahaLabharthi.

  1. In order to be a registered user of this MahaLabharthi Website and to avail the various services offered by MahaLabharthi, during registration a user is required to provide his/her Personal information. The registration information provided by the user should be accurate, correct and up to date. We are not responsible in case the user enters wrong information (including wrong email id and/or mobile number).
  2. “Personal Information” means information which could reasonably be used to identify the user personally, which may include, but not limited to the following:
    1. Basic details which you provide during the registration process such as Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Communication or Permanent Address.

    4. Transactions performed which can identify you as an individual through your customer ID or other relevant unique identifier.
    5. Demographic details such as gender, city, PIN code or nearest location.
    6. Usage logs/Server logs/Cookies which may contain details of your personal or sensitive personal information.
    7. Service specific information or identifiers
    8. Device specific information or identifiers.

    For the purpose of this policy, sensitive personal data or information has been considered as a part of Personal Information, which may include, but not limited to the following:

    1. Passwords or authentication information for any of our services or apps.
    2. Financial information, such as details of bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details etc.
  3. “Non-Personal Information” shall mean information that does not identify the user or any other individual, and includes session, web beacons and usage and transaction data, aggregate log data and aggregate information.   5. In case the user does not provide requsite information/denys consent for the usage of the information provided/later withdraws consent, then we may choose to discontinue or deny the services under MahaLabharthi.
  6. The User’s personal information is collected when s/he provides it for availing services under MahaLabharthi. This personal information concerning the user is accessible to only us and MKCL and may be used by us and/or MKCL -
    1. To verify your identity for access to MahaLabharthi;
    2. To provide you customized information;
    3. For analysis, testing, improvement of our services;
    4. For processing your requests, enquiries and complaints, customer services and related activities;
    5. For communicating and promoting of various MKCL’s products/services.
  7. We and/or MKCL shall not share such personal information concerning you to any third party/ies. We will strive to keep your personal information confidential and will place reasonable security controls to protect it. Your Personal Information will be kept confidential as required under applicable laws. However, any comments, messages, blogs, scribbles etc. posted/ uploaded/ conveyed/ communicated by you on the public sections of the apps/website becomes published content and is not considered personal information subject to this Policy. You may request that such information be taken down and, we may attempt to remove any such information if it is technically feasible to do so and as per the applicable laws.
  8. Further, with respect to Non-Personal Information provided by you, as it does not personally identify you, we may use, disclose, share the Non-Personal Information at our discretion.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the UserID and password s/he chooses for creating account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under her/his account. The User shall ensure to exit from her/his account at the end of each session using the Logout link. MahaLabharthi cannot and shall not be liable for any consequence directly and/or indirectly arising from the User’s failure to comply with these conditions.
  10. This web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.
